  • What exactly do I pay for?

    The storage upgrade is charged on a monthly basis and you can think of it like a hard drive that you are renting. Any attachment is uploaded there and you can also download (archive) from it to free up space.
    So for example, if you upgrade to 1GB of storage it means you will be charged $99 per month and for as long as you pay you can use the 1GB space. This means you can also remove (archive) data from the storage space and free up the space to use for new attachments.

  • Will my card be automatically charged each month?

    Yes, your credit card will be automatically billed each month for the storage upgrade in order to not cause any service disruption. In case you wish to stop the auto-charge of your card and cancel the subscription please either open a support ticket or read this guide on how to manage the subscription from the shopper portal.

  • Why is there a per-file size limitation?

    The per-file size limitation can be changed and is in place to safeguard you against a situation where a single attachment
    will take up too much of the entire storage upgrade. Therefore the per-file size limitation was set by default in proportion to the entire storage upgrade size purchased however if you would like to change it to a bigger per-file size limit please let us know and we will change it.

  • Can I pay using wire transfer instead of credit card?

    Yes, but with wire transfer payment has to be made for either 6 or 12 months in advance. Month-to-month billing is only available using credit cards.

  • How can I free up the attachment storage space?
